Givenchy Spring 2023 Women's & Men's Ready-To-Wear Pre-Collection

At the Givenchy Spring 2023 Pre-Collection show, Creative Director Matthew Wiliams presents an archetypal rendition of an essential Givenchy wardrobe. Shades of contrast are the key elements of this collection. Womenswear pieces offer crisp staples of ribbed turtlenecks, white cotton shirts, leather-trimmed and crystal-embellished denim, slim flared trousers and fluid cargo pants. Alongside these pieces are sharply tailored jackets that are constructed in leather and textured wool with a Givenchy-esque 'U' closure. As for menswear tailoring, the collection focuses on relaxed elegance and easy, simple layering with long jackets, wide trousers and overcoats mixed with state-of-the-art, new-gen fabrics, new knit and denim treatments. Sweats with varsity lettering appear alongside clothing that features the 4G Emblem in knit jacquard, tracksuits in technical nylon and parkas with 4G buckles.
